By accessing or using the Pbajee website (pbajee.click), you are deemed to have agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Pbajee and its users.

To use Pbajee's services, you must meet the following requirements:

Pbajee has published these terms and conditions in Bengali for the benefit of users in Bangladesh. However, the English version shall prevail for the purposes of legal interpretation.

All information you provide when registering with Pbajee must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false or incorrect information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

One account per person

Opening multiple accounts under the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. Pbajee uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. All funds and bonuses in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Pbajee conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to ensure security and prevent money laundering. The following documents may be required before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of bank or mobile banking account
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months)

Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Pbajee Support immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Please read these rules carefully before placing any bets on Pbajee. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

Pbajee reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly where there is reason to suspect it is unusual or fraudulent in nature. Pbajee also reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting can change at any moment. The odds shown when you submit a bet and the odds on the confirmation may differ — this is completely normal, and the odds shown on the confirmation are final.

If an event is cancelled

• If an event is fully cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event takes place on a different date than originally scheduled, Pbajee will determine whether the bet remains valid.
• If a match is abandoned before 50% of play is completed, bets will generally be cancelled and stakes refunded.

Pbajee offers fast and secure transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳2,00,000 BDT
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
• No service charge on deposits
• Only use payment methods registered in your name

Withdraw

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 BDT
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 BDT
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 15 minutes to 24 hours
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the original deposit

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and you receive a ৳1,000 BDT bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 BDT in bets before you can withdraw.

General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Every bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time
• Bonuses can only be used for betting or gaming on Pbajee and cannot be directly withdrawn
• Pbajee reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pbajee platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and your balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing systematic bets with the intent of abusing the bonus system
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents

Pbajee reserves the right to conduct a thorough investigation into any suspicious activity and take legal action where necessary.

Voluntary Account Closure
